According to the State Department, the US has plans to "construct a new, well-fortified embassy in Baghdad to represent US interests in a post-Saddam Hussein Iraq," Even in a post-Saddam world, that embassy had better be well protected. If an embassy were to be struck anywhere it would be in Baghdad I'm sure.
