Who said that?
North Korea has been amazingly quiet lately, but as soon as I think that I read this "news" story. Since when did the North Korean news agency (read: North Korean Government) start reporting news? Esp on actions the US might take? I have friends that predicted strikes on the US once conflict with Iraq started, I'm glad to see that this has not yet taken place.
The Bush adminsitration has said over and over again that diplomatic efforts have not been exhausted there. I have heard military reports explaining that we are waiting for China, the biggest influence over there, to gain its footing after it's recent government changes. With that we will continue to push even harder behind the scenes to save NK's face but still get them to cooperate. NK better hope that they're not giving the administation ideas about how to deal with them . . . hmmm, a pre-emptive strike eh? Not a bad idea . . .
