Upsetting
You know, when I was going through my college education we were told that companies were "going overseas to get software developers" because "there aren't enough in the US." Although that was said before the "bust" I still think there was something missing from that. Here's a news story about how Sun Microsystems is going over to India to try and beat Microsoft at wooing the developers over there. If it were simply because there weren't enough developers over here then I would think that issue would have been solved. Perhaps its more of an issue that there are more developers with decent salary and work condition expectations . . .
