Alright, here's a story about a $9.9 milllion bank glitch because of mixed up numbers. Coming from a Computer Science background I would think that having multiple accounts with the same name would be a bug I would test before using it live in a bank . . . Instead of fixing the problem, the end of the article says the stopped all access for the university accounts . . . nice.
