I suspect
that the split mentioned below won't be the only thing that splits the "no" votes in the international arena. I heard a report on the radio this morning about Blix not reporting the unmanned aircraft program (something the US has said they've worked on since day one . . . ) and here's a story to go along with it. Blix seems to be making his own decisions about what's important instead of the UNSC . . . little Han's, what's that behind your back?
