Double standard
Those on the left who say the US is the enemy and that the government is coercing other states to join in its fight seem to be doing a bit of coercing themselves with their union.

IMHO, it seems as though it should be the media company's right to not have an actor/actress if they feel the public has a negative view of them for whatever reason. It's part of the job. They work for the American public and if they make their employer upset then they won't get work. Perhaps they need to take a step back and take a look at the big picture.
