Alrighty,
My dentist appointment went alright. Floss better, blah blah blah. !) Anway, some news to start the day off right.

Apparently a man was arrested for wearing a T-shirt saying to give peace a chance, at least that's what the headline says. It's very mis-leading. He was actually arrested for trespassing, not for wearing the t-shirt. There had been a protest a few months earlier by people all wearing these same shirts. The mall security didn't care if he wore the shirt, they just didn't want it on their property.

This presents a common problem with the media and slanted reporting. I was upset at the offset because I thought that this person's rights had been violated because they wanted peace. I want peace also, I personally think it is going to take a war though. Even though I feel this way I don't think that anyone else's voice should be quieted. This article however will not be read by the mass majority, only its headline which, unfortunetly, doesn't reflect the truth at all, just a liberal copyeditors view of what was going on.

Just my thoughts . . .

Apparently the man arrested was a lawyer. Biiiig surprise. ;)
